We work hard to keep the questions and mark schemes accurate and in line with the specifications, but we cannot promise they are perfect or that using the site guarantees any particular grade. Always check anything important against your own specification and your teacher. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

You are welcome to use ExamKata for your own study, for free. Please do not try to break, overload, or disrupt the site, and do not copy the questions in bulk to republish them elsewhere. The occasional question shared with a classmate is fine, that is what it is for.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in to yourself. We may suspend or remove accounts that are used to abuse the site or other people. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

The questions, mark schemes, and design are ExamKata's own work. Specifications, and the standards behind them, belong to the exam boards. ExamKata is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with AQA, OCR, Edexcel, or any exam board. Board names refer only to the specification each question follows.

The site is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it, including any grade outcome. In short: it is a strong practice tool, not a substitute for your own judgement and your official materials.

We may update these terms as the site grows. We will change the date at the top when we do.
