Questions

Is it a subscription?

No. It's one payment. When the pass ends it simply ends, with nothing to cancel and nothing taken again.

Which pass should I choose?

A Month Pass for a short push, such as before mocks. The 2027 Exam Pass if your child sits their A-Levels in summer 2027 (Year 13 now). The 2028 Exam Pass if they sit them in summer 2028 (Year 12 now).

Does my child need an account?

A free one, to redeem the code. You don't need an account at all.

How do I get the code to them?

Forward the email or read the code out. It's in the form EK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and works once.

What if the code goes missing?

The email has a link that sends a fresh code to you. The old one stops working, so nobody else can use it.

Can I see how they're doing?

Yes, if your child adds your email in their Settings. You confirm once, then get a short summary every Sunday, with a one-click unsubscribe.

Who takes the payment?

ExamKata sells the Pass and Stripe processes the card payment. Stripe emails the receipt, and it shows on bank statements as EXAMKATA.
